Turret Orthodontics works closely with dentists across the North West of England to provide the latest orthodontic care to patients. Please refer to the IOTN criteria at the bottom of this page and then complete the form below:
Patients with IOTN Grade 1, 2 or other Grade 3 types will generally not be funded for NHS treatment
IOTN Grade 5
aOverjet over 9mm
hMultiple missing teeth per quadrant (excluding 8s)
iUnerupted impacted teeth (excluding 8s)
mReverse overjet greater than 3.5mm
sSubmerged deciduous teeth
IOTN Grade 4
aOverjet 6.5-9mm
bReverse overjet, up to 3.5mm with masticatory and speech difficulties
cAnterior or posterior crossbites with >2mm displacement on closing
dModerate to severe crowding (contact point displacement >4mm viewed occlusc
eAnterior or lateral open bite 4mm or more
fIncreased complete overbite with gingival or palatal trauma
hHypodontia with no more than 1 missing tooth per quadrant (not 8s)
lPosterior lingual crossbite with no functional occlusal contact of buccal segment
mReverse overjet, up to 3.5mm with masticatory and speech difficulties
tPartially erupted teeth, tipped and impacted against adjacent teeth
xSupplemental teeth
