What is Dental Monitoring?
Dental Monitoring is an innovative technology in the form of a smartphone app that enables our Orthodontists to remotely monitor the progress of your Invisalign treatment.
You will be asked to send through weekly pictures of your teeth using the app, so we can track the progress of your treatment without you having to attend in-person appointments.
Our patients, especially our Invisalign Teen, love dental monitoring because it reduces the number of visits to the practice, and it’s so easy to use.
How Does Dental Monitoring Work?
We have technology in our practice that uses the images you send through to us using the Dental Monitoring app, to assess your progress against your projected treatment plan.
Dental Monitoring is so easy to use, and if your teeth are straightening as expected, then we won’t need to see you for an appointment, and you can just switch to your next set of clear aligners.
Even though we will only need to see you if we must adjust your treatment plan, you’ll be in communication with our team each week, so you’ll experience more communication using Dental Monitoring.
